Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing
“I sought Annie's help for symptoms of constant fatigue, low energy and stress. I also had a painful heel with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis which is also quite painful and stiff.
I have been seeing Anne for a year now and have to say that the effect of her practicing Reiki on me with loving kindness, compassion, non-judgment, and love has changed my life in profound ways. I feel joy, hope and a connection to my creator when I am experiencing Reiki. This is more healing than anything else I know. It also gives me an appreciation for life and for those lives close to mine, a connection to the greater world, a connection to the earth and all its creatures. I also feel that the effects of Reiki are cumulative being that your understanding of life in a greater, bigger way becomes more a part of you and who you are. It helps you to feel your true nature more readily and to inspire you to know and grow in this experience. And the most wonderful thing is… Reiki is already there, within us, without us... it's not hard to find, not hard to feel. Just have to turn on the faucet and it flows.
On a physical level, it has helped me tremendously with my foot ailments, stress, worry and fatigue. I am no longer stiff in the mornings and do not have to limp after sitting for long periods of time. My energy level has increased as my overall sense of well-being.
Annie will treat you with loving kindness and pure intent. She is a beautiful person who wishes all well. She is truly gifted, enjoys treating others and will give you her full attention and care. She is a true healing practitioner and I am truly grateful for her presence in my life. And truly grateful for Reiki.”
